Kevin O’Hare brings over thirty-five years of successful business, lending and factoring experience to the table. His banking career with stops at Imperial Bank (Comerica), Silicon Valley Bank, Greater Bay Bank (Wells Fargo) combined with the time he spent in the ABL & Factoring industries at BFI Business Finance and Riviera Finance has enabled him to financially assist a plethora of companies.
With his MBA in hand, Kevin began following his entrepreneurial spirit and founded Capital Gain Company, a Factoring company back in 1989, followed by Pacific Business Funding a Factoring and Technology Finance company in 1994. Kevin successfully grew each of these businesses and eventually sold them both.
In 2005, Kevin founded Graystone Capital, a commercial finance company that specialized in Asset Based Lending that included Accounts Receivable Financing. Graystone Capital was recently acquired by Scott Valley Bank. Kevin now manages his ABL platform as a division for the bank and he is excited to work with his SVBusiness Capital collegues as they expand their financial lending model by utilizing the grand resources of Calfornia's oldest independent bank.

Janet Targus has over ten years of experience in accounts receivable financing. She also has extensive knowledge in factoring, asset based lending, account management, portfolio analysis and customer service.
Earlier in her career she worked for two trucking companies in Olympia, Washington which provided her with a great platform for understanding and analyzing transportation accounting and billing practices.
In 2007 she joined Olympic Credit Fund, now Orange Commercial Credit and worked as an account executive where she administered over 30 clients relationships. In 2011, she joined Bay View Funding, where she continued to learn and master her account management skills. Janet dealt with 30+ clients each day, submitting credit evaluations and posting cash receipts.Janet joined Graystone Capital in October 2012 as a portfolio manager. Her duties encompassed nearly all aspects of lending and financial analysis, especially related to the operations and credit functions.
In 2014, Janet joined Kevin O’Hare at Scott Valley Bank where she continues to be an outstadning asset-based lending account executive managing a portfolio of borrower relationships for the bank.
